Unique and Positive Hotel Review at Radisson San Isidro Hotel & Suites

Stunning Decor: The suites at the hotel feature a stylish decor that is sure to impress. During my stay, I felt like I was in a luxurious and elegant haven, surrounded by beautiful furnishings and thoughtful touches.

Taxi Mishap: The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a miscommunication regarding the taxi reservation. The receptionist seemed a bit flustered and it took a little longer than expected to get a taxi arranged for my airport transfer.

The personnel was extremely professional and courteous, the room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was well prepared and delicious.

Really nothing to be honest. I was on a stopover in Lima for the night and didn't want to stay near the airport. For the price, I found everything to be beyond my expectations. The hotel was smaller than I had imagined, but that was a positive point for me, as I hate large hotels where customers are treated like cattle.

Only the breakfast wasn't enough various and jam and marmelade, was totally absent from the breakfast

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and competent staff. Convenient location with plenty of nearby FnB outlets and taxis available. the suites have extra features like tea & coffee making facilities and an iron with ironing board. the staff goes above and beyond to take care of guests, even calling a medical service for urgent assistance. a great choice for business travelers looking for a convenient and well-equipped hotel.

The Radisson triple room is large. Breakfast has a good selection of fruits, bakery and juices

The heating system does not work well. It does not matter how far you turn it up, only lukewarm cold air is blown out.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, like a flat. The staff was nice and offered a variety of breakfast options, including eggs. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a park nearby.

Felt very homey, no complaints whatsoever.

1.Upon arrival we were informed that breakfast is served from 6am. When next day we were there at 6 am the lady at the reception (a different one) told us that the breakfast is served from 7am. No apologies at all. 2.Then it came for payment for a dinner served to our room last night. the receipt I signed last night said the price is 60 soles. Upon check out the receptionist recalculated it to USD, but I wanted to pay in soles. So she recalculated it again to soles (according to a different f/x) and said the price is 70 soles. 3. When we came to our room, there was not hot water and two lighs did not work. we had to call the technicial to fix it.

Excellent hotel for business and good hotel for leisure being short taxi rides from the centre and Miraflores. I managed to leave the safe in our room open with quite a lot of money there. When we returned to the hotel later that day, we were greeted by security who came to the room, showed us a checklist of everything they found and asked us if anything was missing. There was nothing missing at all. In how many places around the world would that have happened? All the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful,; service is outstanding. Not luxury but high quality.

During my xmas vacation, I had a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and good breakfast choices. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this hotel, making it a great place to relax and unwind during the holiday season.

The staff was extremely polite and engaged. The hotel has a business center with 2 computers and a printer and Wi-Fi everywhere. My room was a suite and it was nice and clean. Nice hotel, I left pleased in general terms.

I stayed 6 days. Breakfast becomes boring after one day. It's a great hotel but it's not a 5-star luxury hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was great. Room and location of hotel exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although staff were fantastic we had to go to the bar a couple of times to order as they didn´t realise we had been waiting to order for over 20 mins.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, up-market supermarket nearby, good value for money.
